The 60 Minute Personal Training (4 Block) is a focused run of four one-to-one sessions designed to improve your strength, fitness and confidence with exercise. You will get coached, corrected and progressed each week so you leave with a clear plan and the know-how to train safely on your own.

What the 60 Minute Personal Training (4 Block) includes
A four-session block gives you enough time to learn key movements, practise good technique and start progressing with purpose.
- Goal setting and a quick health and lifestyle check-in to guide your training focus
- Baseline movement and strength checks to spot technique issues and sticking points
- A coached warm-up to improve mobility and prepare joints and muscles for training
- Strength work using practical, repeatable exercises (for example squat, hinge, press, pull, lunge, core)
- Conditioning tailored to your current fitness (intervals, circuits or steady work as appropriate)
- Technique coaching with clear cues so you know what to feel and what to avoid
- Progression from session to session (load, reps, tempo, rest times or exercise level)
- A simple between-session plan so you can keep momentum between appointments
Session 1: baseline, priorities and your starting programme
Your first 60-minute session sets the direction for the block. You will work through a short assessment, agree a realistic training priority, then start your first structured session. You will finish knowing what to practise between sessions and how to track it.
Sessions 2–4: coached practice and measurable progress
Each session builds on the last, with time spent refining form and adding challenge in a controlled way. Expect specific feedback on posture, bracing, breathing and range of motion, plus targeted strength work for the areas you are trying to improve. If fat loss is a goal, conditioning and weekly actions are planned to support it.
After the 4-session block: how to keep results moving
At the end of the block, you will review what has improved and what still needs work. You will leave with clear next steps, whether that is repeating a similar block with harder progressions, moving to a maintenance plan, or shifting focus to strength, fitness, or body composition.
