Your therapist will start by softening the feet, then move through nail and cuticle work before focusing on exfoliation and hard-skin removal. The treatment ends with moisturising products worked into the feet, and then a clean, glossy finish if you choose polish.

Moisturise feet daily, especially heels, and use a gentle foot file on dry areas between appointments. Keep toenails trimmed straight across to reduce snagging and help maintain a tidy shape. If you wear polish, bringing sandals or open-toe shoes can help protect the finish straight after your pedicure.
