More information
What your Personal Training session includes
Each 45 minute Personal Training session is structured to make the time count, with coaching that keeps you safe and moving well.
- Quick check-in on energy, goals and any aches or injuries since your last session
- Warm-up to raise your heart rate and prepare joints and muscles for the work ahead
- Technique coaching on key movements, for example squat patterns, hinges, pushes, pulls and core bracing
- A main training block focused on your priority goal, such as strength, conditioning or fat-loss support
- Smart progression using reps, tempo, rest times or resistance so you keep improving without guessing
- Mobility and cool-down work to reduce stiffness and improve recovery
- A brief recap with simple next-step actions you can repeat between sessions
Who 45 Minute Personal Training works best for
This session suits you if you want structure and accountability, but also want to understand how to train properly.
- You are returning to exercise and want to rebuild confidence with safe form
- You feel stuck and need a clear progression plan rather than repeating the same workouts
- You want strength and tone, with exercises chosen to support posture and everyday movement
- You prefer efficient training that fits into a busy week
How the 45 minutes is paced
You will not spend half the session chatting or setting up. The session flows so you get enough time for quality work and proper coaching.
- Minutes 0 to 10: check-in, warm-up and movement prep
- Minutes 10 to 35: coached strength or skill work, with planned sets and rest
- Minutes 35 to 43: conditioning or accessory work, depending on your goal that day
- Minutes 43 to 45: cool-down, breathing and a quick plan for what to do next
After your session: keeping progress moving
Progress comes from consistency and small, measurable changes.
- You will know what to focus on next session, whether that is adding load, improving depth, or tightening technique
- If you are training between appointments, you can use the key exercises from the session as a simple template
- Regular re-checks of form and performance help prevent plateaus and reduce niggles from poor movement habits
