Bookings/Deposits
A Deposit of 50% of your treatment price will be required to make all bookings. This comes off the total amount on the day. This will be sent to you via payment link or done in salon once the appointment is made. Bookings will not be secured until after the payment is received. An appointment reminder will be sent via text 48 hours before all appointments.

Cancellations
Less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% charge of the treatment price. No shows will incur a 100% charge of the treatment price.

Amendments of Appointments
Please let us know asap if you would like to amend/reschedule any appointments. We will always do our best to make any rearrangements but if this is done less than 24 hours before your appointment time, you will be charged 50% of the treatment price, as we will be unable to fill the space.

Lateness
Please try to be on time to your appointments. Any later than 15 minutes, we will have to amend your appointment, but you will still be charged for the time/treatment booked out.

This is regardless of any reason, as it is very difficult to fill a slot with little notice. We understand that circumstances happen, but we cannot take responsibility for this as a business.
