It gradually fades over several weeks. How long does it last? Semi-permanent colour usually lasts 4–6 weeks, depending on how often you wash your hair and the products you use. Will it cover grey hair? It can soften and blend early greys but won’t fully cover stubborn greys like permanent colour does. We'll advise on the best approach during your consultation. Is a patch test required? Yes – even gentle colour needs a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment to make sure it’s safe for your skin. Is it good for first-time colour clients?
