Yes – all correction services start with a consultation. We’ll assess your hair’s condition and talk through realistic goals and expectations. How long does it take? It depends on what needs correcting. Some colour corrections can take several hours or may need to be done over multiple appointments for best results. Can you fix home-dye mistakes? Absolutely – we see this often and can usually help, but we’ll always be honest about what’s achievable based on your hair’s current condition. Do I need a patch test? Yes – all technical services require a patch test at least 48 hours before your appointment. Will my hair be damaged? We’ll always prioritise your hair health.
